Last week I joined a great group of artists at the St. Tammany Art Association Summer Show Closing Party. We talked about our histories, processes, materials, and what art means to us in a variety of ways, and then each artist had the opportunity to ask and answer questions. Bringing artists and supporters of the arts together in community dialog made for a great event; I hope to do it again soon.
