At the northernmost edge of St. Bernard Parish our strategy was to increase capacity in the 40 Arpent Canal by allowing overflow into undeveloped adjacent properties. Our team developed three initial concepts for these properties; one prioritizing recreation, one development, and one clean water. Our team came up with the overarching ideas collectively and I developed and communicated them visually.
